In an endeavour to provide you with designer clothes tailor-made for you, we collect some personal information, privacy of which is our foremost responsibility. We also collect certain information with an aim to provide you the best possible and a safe experience on our Website and customer service to suit your requirements. Through this Privacy Policy, we have tried to answer questions that should make you feel comfortable shopping on the Website. Q. What is meant by Personal Information? What Personal Information do you collect?

A. “Personal Information” is any information that can help identify you like your name, address, email address, mobile number, etc. When you register with our Website or purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we want you to provide certain Personal Information such as your name, mobile number, address and email address, and other information like registration information, shipping address, garment measurements, ordering information and billing information required for providing products and services by this Website, including sensitive information like credit or debit card or bank account or other payment related information like mobile wallet, e-payment details, etc. We also collect and maintain your information when you take surveys intended and related to our Website, contacting us through telephone or email, book a stylist visit, sign-up to receive email alerts & newsletters, request to receive order alerts through email or text messages and enter promotional contests. However, we do indicate which information is required and which information requirement is optional.

We also ask you for your garment measurements, either online or offline or through a stylist session you may book with us. These will be used to create beautiful tailor-made dresses for you.

Q. How can I change my Personal Information

A. At any point, you can visit the “My Account” section after logging in the Website and update the address details. It is in your interest and your responsibility to keep your information updated. Please note that the stylist or delivery agent will visit only the address mentioned in your profile and they will not meet you at any place even if it is near your mentioned address. Also, we will not deliver an order to a PO Box address (or any other address of that sort). If you update the address while your order is pending, you will be required to call the Customer Care number or email at care@stitchmyfit.com informing of the change. Any order where a change in address is required by you after it has been dispatched will be brought back to our premises and will be re-dispatched after processing your request for change of delivery address. We will not be responsible for any delays or any loss incurred by you on account of delays caused by changes in delivery address. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or loss on account of delays in delivering your product due to inaccurate delivery address.

You can also update your uploaded measurements under “My Account”. Please note that you are solely responsible for a dress misfit if you update a measurement incorrectly.

You will need to contact Customer Care directly in order to get your email address or mobile phone updated as these are unique identifiers of your profile.


Q. Are online payments safe on the Website?

A. Yes, shopping at StitchMyFit.com is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on the Website are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways offering a choice of multiple payment options offered by major Indian banks as well as other payment modes. Your payment service provider might ask you to enter a secure authentication password/code, which is not printed anywhere and is known only to you. This makes your online transaction extremely safe and secure.

StitchMyFit.com does not store any of Credit/Debit card details provided by you.
