Where All Do We Deliver?
Our doorstep stylist sessions and tailoring services are currently limited to Mumbai only. However, you can select any design from our website offered by our partner boutiques and get it customized as per your liking and measurements. This service is available across the world. However we accept payments only in USD, EUR, CAD and INR. More currencies will be added soon! We reserve the right to discontinue services across geographies partially or completely. The confirmed orders, if any, from such geographies shall not be affected.
Please provide complete address so that our stylists (in Mumbai) and delivery agents can locate you easily. While we will try to ensure deliveries within the estimated time, we will not be responsible for delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete address listings.
Please note that the stylist and the delivery agents shall come only to the address mentioned in your profile. If there is any change in the address, please edit the same in your profile.
Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted. A redelivery due to no one being available to receive the package will be charged an additional redelivery charge of Rs 150 (India) or USD 10 (international).
Also be aware that if the building in the shipping address does not allow delivery agents in the premises, then StitchMyFit will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall we attempt redelivery of the same order.
Shipping Cost may be levied depending on the address of the shipment. This will be indicated at the time of placing the order.
With each dress, we display the number of days it will take to deliver it. If you have multiple dresses in your order, the entire order will be delivered at the same time, which will be the largest of the individual delivery dates in your order. For instance, if you order for a dress that has a delivery period of 14 days and another that has a delivery period of 16 days, then the entire order will be delivered to you 16 days after we receive the measurements and confirmation for your order.
The expected date of delivery will be mentioned on order confirmation. If we can deliver earlier or in case of a delay, we shall communicate the same to you accordingly.
Our standard delivery for Tailoring orders within Mumbai is 14 days from the day of the session. If you require it in 8-10 days, StitchMyFit.com will charge 20% premium on the entire order value. Any delay in confirmation of fabric, style or pattern from the client's side will not hold StitchMyFit liable for delay in delivery.
If delivery agent fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. But StitchMyFit will not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by the delivery agent.
Address Change Requests
You will be required to keep your address in your profile updated at all times.
If you change the address while an order is pending, you will need to additionally email the same to email@example.com or call the Customer Care number. Delivery date may vary slightly in this case.
Only one shipping address can be associated with one shipment, while you can maintain multiple addresses in your profile.
Address cannot be changed post dispatch of product.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Some delivery networks charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not StitchMyFit. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a redelivery of the same order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible to pay additional charge of Rs 150 (India) or USD 10 (international).
Time to Ship
For each order, we mention the expected date of delivery. These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. In case of any deviations from the expected date and time of delivery, our Customer Care shall keep you informed.
What if Any Delays?
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, our Customer Care will notify you.
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts . In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 7 days and then reprocess/reship the order. If you have any question about our shipping policies, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
